Faith Based Personal Training Fit Camps and Yoga sessions are one hour workouts. Come to a fit camp that’s designed to raise and drop your heart rate. Each fit camp and yoga session begins with prayer and a bible verse. Participants train to praise and worship music. The fit camps incorporate a variety of workout styles including calisthenics, circuit training, weight lifting and even yoga. The yoga sessions incorporate strength and balance drills to lengthen and tone the muscles.

Mobile Personal Training Sessions
Faith Based Personal Training sessions can be 30 minute, 45 minute or 60 minute sessions. The session begins with prayer and scripture and commences with prayer requests. Trainers will play Christian music or the music choice of the client throughout the workout. The workout style depends on the participant and ability. However, most workouts will incorporate balance, stability, strength and endurance training. This is a mobile service and trainers bring equipment to the agreed location.
Online Personal Training Sessions
Online sessions are 30 minutes or 60 minutes. They can be booked anywhere with strong wifi connection. The certified trainers will recommend home fitness equipment for purchase. Clients will be responsible for measurements, photos and weight tracking through the guidance of a trainer.
